Strawberry Tart- Yum!!

I made whipped cream for the first time and I don't understand why Cool Whip is even a product in grocery stores.  I used 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar.  It was sssooooo good!

I LOVED these tarts.  I thought the return for the time and money invested in these was amazing.  I will definitely make them again when we have company.   I can't believe how easy they are to be so elegant!!

Beautiful little tarts! I love mini desserts. I agree with you that the more I learn to make from scratch, the more I wonder why people purchase premade food "products".

Glad u enjoyed the recipe! Perhaps you could try other fruits next time. I'm sure with a littlw twitching of the recipe you could yield fantastic results!

Happy belated birthday! And if you thought homemade whipped cream is good, try making chocolate whipped cream. =)

Okay, that's it. I'm going out and getting mini tart shells. They just look too good, and too pretty to serve to company, not to. Great job!
