This week's recipe was chosen by Noskos of Living the Life. I LOVED these cookies!! I was intrigued by the fact that the dough has equal parts crushed almonds and flour. They were very yummy and the ground cloves made then a great Christmas cookie!!
The dough WAS intriguing, wasn't it? I'm so glad, because I was getting really tired of all the boring dough around here. Your cookies look great! Thank you for trying to bring me one yesterday. I need to get a more regular schedule so that I don't miss any more of your cookies!
I know for a fact your cookies were great tasting! Mine turned out so much bigger. I brought a couple to work with me this morning if you want to try one. I really liked these and glad you did too! Isn't it nice being able to sample everyone's!
At first I was rather concerned about the amount of ground nuts in the recipe (especially since I had to grind them), but they turned out well. It was new territory for me.

I love the amount of nut meal in these - definitely made them nice and crisp-crumbly. I hope you liked them!
I love the good comments on these! Can't wait to make them!
I'm glad you loved them!
I loved these as well!
I love cloves, I will have to make these..and soon!
I loved these, too!
I loved these cookies too - especially with the raspberry filling!
My husband really liked these, too. I'll bet these cookies taste different depending on the nuts that everyone used.
Glad you liked them!
