Pumpkin Muffins

This week Kelly of Sounding My Barbaric Gulp chose pumpkin muffins.   After reading the TWD comments about this recipe, I chose to substitute the raisins with craisins and the walnuts with chocolate chips.  I made two batches of these since I got enough pumpkins in one can for two batches.  I took the muffins to work and got a lot of compliments about them.  They are really a crowd pleaser and a very appropriate treat for the season!!

I really love this club.  One of my favorite parts is baking things that I would not have chosen to make.  Even though I wouldn't have picked this recipe on my own, I am very glad I made it and I think I will make it again when I need a fallish pumpkin treat.

Cranberries and chocolate chips! Yum! I love this club too for the same reason!

I love how high yours rose - mine did too, and I got so worried that they'd overflow!

I can personally attest to the fabulousness of your muffins! The cranberry/chocolate chip combo was just amazing. And how DID you achieve that nice rise?

Yours look so great.

They rose so much higher than mine.

I was so pumpkin muffined out from my own muffins, that I failed to try one of yours yesterday. Sorry! However, the chocolate chips sounded delicious in them. You always do a great job. Have fun in Jamaica!

Look how pretty those muffins are, and just loaded with deliciousness! I can see why they were such a hit at work (and a testimonial in the comments to prove it!) Hey the three of you could run taste tests at the worksite! Anyway, great job Amanda.
